Amy eagerly works together with parents, coaches and teams to enhance communication, goal setting and motivation. Amy is a mother of three athletic boys including a top ranked junior tennis player and knows first hand both the joys and complexity of a commitment to high performance sports.

Background:

Amy is a Certified Mental Game Coach Professional (MGCP) and an Accredited Professional Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She holds Master Certifications in Wellness, Positive Psychology and Motivation Science.

Amy has worked with numerous professional athletes and experts. She is a contributor to the Huffington Post and is a featured Goals and Motivation Expert at Living Healthy™. Past positions include Senior Editor at GQ and Women’s Sports & Fitness and a contributor to Self Magazine in the areas of fitness, health and sport science.
